Poi are balls or weights which are attached to a string and played on circular orbits. The first moves are easy to learn and Poi are fun to play young and old. Poi then and now The origin of the Poi is about 1000 years back at the Māori in New Zealand. They used Poi for training and physical activity. The Flowlyful Fitness Program is a combination of strength and endurance training with Flow Arts tools. By combining Poi and staff with classic fitness exercise endurance, strength, speed, agility and coordination are trained. Flowlyful is therefore suitable for effective and health-oriented training.
